Return Policy

Exchange or store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Clearance and Final Sale items are not returnable.

Items must be in new condition with the tags attached

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from purchase or receipt of product if shipped. If 14 days have passed, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, food products, clearance & final sale items.

To complete your return, please notify us as soon as possible.

Store Credit 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, credit will automatically be applied to your account for use on a future purchase.

Exchanges
If you don't love the fit of your item, we are happy to exchange it within 14 days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ajsunflowerboutique@gmail.com and send your item to: 380 Main St Center Moriches  NY 11934

Items returned to AJ Sunflower Boutique are done so at your own expense.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
